The Trustee Forum programme will look at how you can make your governance function more effective so it is fit for purpose in today’s rapidly changing environment. Relevant to chairs and any board member, chief executives and other senior staff. Speakers and group discussion will focus not only on structures but on the skills needed and how the board can work well as a team!
About the Trustee Forum 2011-12The forum is a supported network of member organisations with a common interest in improving the effectiveness of charities. It works to promote best practice through structured discussions on current sector issues.

Costs and booking information
The cost of attending this seminar is £100 plus VAT. For Trustee Forum members attendance is free. To make a booking email confirming the name, position and email address of attendees. Please also state if you wish to join the Trustee Forum (£350 plus VAT), or attend this event on an individual basis (£100 plus VAT). Confirmation will be forwarded electronically and an invoice will be posted.
Membership costs just £350 plus VAT and as a member you can invite up to three people to each of the four discussions above – so continuous strategic learning with peers costing less than £30 per person! Members include Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine, Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Surrey Care Trust, Wates Foundation RIBA and many more.
