Corporate mentoring

A growing number of corporate companies are using corporate mentoring or coaching of social entrepreneurs as part of their company’s CSR activities and to get a taste of how the third sector operates.

By matching senior corporate executives with chief executives of social enterprises, CAN has seen benefit to both the Executive’s, social entrepreneur and their businesses. 

Becoming a corporate mentor or coach allows you use your business skills and experience to provide much needed business support and advice and really add benefit to the social organisation to achieve social change. With your support you can help develop their business skills, confidence and motivation and enable them to achieve so much more.

The benefits of mentoring are also apparent for the mentor and their company including learning how to use their skills to tackle a new business environment, developing listening skills and job satisfaction.
