CAN Mezzanine buildings are finished to an impressive high-quality standard and provide all the office facilities needed to run an efficient third sector organisation.

Conference and Meeting rooms
CAN Mezzanine offers a large selection of different sized meeting rooms, which are free to our customers. These include conference and board rooms with access to audio visual equipment for up to 125 people. All meeting rooms have telephones and WiFi facilities.
Kitchens
There are fully-equipped kitchens with microwaves, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and free supply of Fairtrade tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk on every floor. These, along with the communal areas are regularly cleaned throughout the day, including disposal of waste and recycling.
Office Equipment
The offices have several photocopiers (supplied with paper) on each floor and a colour copier in each building. There is use of a franking machine, binder, shredder and laminator, free postal collection and delivery in the post room.
Full-time reception support
All CAN Mezzanine buildings have a full-time receptionist who will manage all visitors, accept deliveries and sort out the post.
Communication
We have high-speed WiFi internet connection, direct lines, and a voice mail system for efficient communications.
Security
CAN Mezzanine buildings all have secure entry card systems and on-site emergency security personnel, seven days a week. Each building has a full alarm system with automatic emergency response.
