Meeting rooms in Old Street for hire

CAN Mezzanine Old Street has three purpose built conference rooms, two board rooms and eight standard meeting rooms available for hire to third sector organisations.

The newly opened building, recently refurbished to CAN Mezzanine's high-quality standard, provides serviced office space to charities, social enterprises and voluntary organisations.

Conference and meeting room hire is included in the monthly desk price (£333 per month + VAT), and usually exclusive to those organisations in the building, but for a limited period while the building is filling up, we are offering the space to third sector organisations for a small donation.

Room details and rates

  • Conference rooms (~ £125 - £500)
    There are three conference rooms which can be hired together or individually.
    Each room holds about 35 people seated. 50 standing. 
    Hire one room for a donation of £250 a full day (9am - 5pm)
    Half a day for a donation of £125 (9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm)
    All three conference rooms together for a donation of £500 for a full day.

  • Meeting rooms (~ £250 a day, £125 for half a day)
    Meeting rooms sizes vary from 4-10 people seated. 

  • Other costs:
    Hire of cups / glassware / tea / coffee provision is £20 for meeting room hire, £50 for conference room hire.
    Projector hire (subject to availability) £5 for half a day, £10 for a full day.

The space is also has many breakout areas and kitchen facilities, full time receptionist and full disabled access.
