Will Daniel
Will Daniel has over 20 years' property expertise across public, private and third sectors. He set up his own property consultancy, Bradfield Wentworth in 2000 with partner Anthony Payne which has provided property services to charities including Groundwork UK, Royal College of Nursing, Merseyside Third Sector Development Centre and Sefton Carers Centre.
Before establishing Bradfield Wentworth, Will worked at GVA Grimley and Prudential Portfolio Managers (Property) where he undertook a series of major strategic reviews and managed the disposal of surplus property portfolios. At Prudential Will also had overall responsibility for the Prudential Carers' Initiative, a partnership with Crossroads and Princess Royal Trust for Carers, where he managed the acquisition and development of 12 carers centres across the UK.
Anthony Payne
Anthony Payne has also been working in the commercial property sector since the mid 1980s. Before setting up Bradfield Wentworth, Anthony was a partner at GVA Grimley in Birmingham with overall responsibility for commercial property development. Amongst other projects that he was involved with, he was development consultant to Argent and responsible for putting together, building out and letting Brindley Place in Birmingham. He has experience across a wide range of commercial property disciplines including the acquisition, development and disposal of commercial property in addition to working with occupiers to develop and implement strategies for their property and property advice on landlord and tenant issues.
