He says: "The social enterprise sector has the solutions to many of the social problems facing our society today. I believe by scaling these solutions, in collaboration with other organisations, we truly can make the world a better place and it is my personal mission to help organisations become sustainable and then grow to magnify their social impact. This will be achieved by supporting those organisations at early stages of development with consultancy and advice; providing finance and support to growing organisations, helping sustainable organisations replicate through franchising and helping all organisations measure, value and improve their social impact."
Before joining CAN, Richard worked for Browns Restaurants in London in various roles including the General Manager of the Mayfair and Butlers Wharf sites. Richard has a BSc (Hons) in Physiology & Pharmacology from Kings College London as well as an MBA from the University of Cape Town and London Business School.
