Salesforce is an online customer relationship management database management system which is available FREE to charities.

Salesforce can be used to manage all your contact and supporter relationships and communications, financial transactions and processing and specific operational requirements, such as event management, Gift Aid or membership processing.

The vision of the Salesforce.com Foundation is to use salesforce.com's people, technology and relationships to improve our communities, inspire youth to be more successful, support the world during times of extreme need, and promote compassionate capitalism. They do this by using a unique 1/1/1 model-Donating 1% of Salesforce staff time, 1% Equity, and 1% Product.
