Fully serviced desk rental from only £93 (ex. VAT) per week.

- Flexible 12 month licence - 3 month break clause; move up, downsize or move out with no financial penalty
Broadband and phone line rental per desk - FREE usage of meeting, Boardrooms and Conference rooms - up to 80 people
- FREE FairTrade tea, coffee and water coolers on each floor
- FREE networking events every month
- Shared office facilities: manned reception; post room (franking, mail sort and collection)
photocopiers; security; office cleaning and maintainence. - Fully air-conditioned offices with fully-accessible showers and lifts

Terms and conditions: Rental charged quarter in advance. Phone and postal charges apply (10% handling charge; photocopies 5p B&W and 40p colour). Security deposit 10% of annual rent, fully refundable.
CAN Mezzanine Hot Desks are also available for booking on a daily, ad-hoc basis or for block-booking from only £20, all inclusive, per day. We provide the desk, chair, PC with internet connection and telephone - all you have to do is 'plug-in and play'.
