Social investment is the financial investment into social organisations to facilitate growth and sustainability. Sometimes also referred to as Venture Philanthropy. Rather than focusing on a financial return, the bigger return expected is a social return on investment
With investment funds from the corporate sector, CAN works with charities and social enterprises looking to scale up or expand and improve efficiencies leading to improved sustainability.
Combined with our corporate engagement programmes which provide business support and advice, CAN is also able to support those who are not yet investment ready, to prepare themselves for the receiving of funds to scale up.
