1. Where are you based?
   CAN Mezzanine has two central London address, but this service is only available at our newest building, a minutes walk from Old Street roundabout in London's N1.  
2. How long a contract do I have to sign for?
   There is no long term contract or commitment needed from you. The contract will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis unless cancelled by either party. We will require one month’s written notice for cancellation.
3. Will you sign for parcels / recorded deliveries?
   Of course. Having a Registered address at CAN Mezzanine means you can rest assured that any items requiring a signature will be signed for an stored safely for your collection, or forwarded on to a UK address should that be preferable.
4. Where do you store the mail? Will it be safe?
   All mail delivered is securely stored in a locked cabinet until you are ready for it.
5. When can I collect my mail?
   Customers can collect post from CAN Mezzanine Reception between 8.30am and 6.30pm.
6. Do you have a phone answering service?
   Unfortunately, CAN Mezzanine does not have the resources to do this at the moment. Although we may be able to in the future.
7. Can you forward on my calls and messages?
   Yes, but there are additional charges for this.  
8. Do you have meeting rooms available?
   No. Unfortunately we do not currently have meeting or conference rooms available for hire to external organisations.
